Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation fee of whatever service is booked will be charged if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or no-show. If you are 10 or minutes late to a haircut service you will be charged a cancellation fee and have to reschedule (5 minute grace period for shorter services). Thank you for your understanding!
